1. Before working on the self-loading concrete mixing tank truck, check whether the fasteners and pipe joints are loose, whether the pipelines are deformed or damaged, whether the oil has been filled, and whether the tires are leaking.
2. Before the hydraulic pump of the self-loading concrete mixing tank truck is operated for the first time, the pump should be filled with oil to avoid emptying and damaging the oil pump.
3. When starting the self-loading concrete mixing tank truck pump, it should be connected to the operation, and it should be confirmed that it operates flexibly and normally, with no abnormal noise and no leakage before starting work.
4. If the working pressure of the distribution valve of the hydraulic system of the working device exceeds or falls below the specified value, it should be adjusted in time. The pressure gauge can be clearly displayed.
5. After the system is working stably, in addition to observing the oil temperature, water temperature, pressure and sound at any time to see if there are any abnormalities, you should also pay attention to the working conditions of the hydraulic cylinder, mixing motor, rotating motor, main working hydraulic valve, etc., as well as the status of the entire system. Oil leakage and vibration, etc.
